About
I’m drawn to expressive portraiture and I strive to create emotive images with authenticity, character, and energy. It's my goal to help people feel as comfortable in front of the camera as possible and for it to be a fun experience for my clients. I want to capture beautiful images that can be cherished for years to come. I have a degree in anthropology and for the past 10+ years I’ve been working as an archaeologist at National Parks in the Southwest. My primary interests include experiencing the natural world and studying human behavior and history. Photography is an art form that I use to investigate and elevate the beauty that I observe in nature and in people. I’m currently moving from Tucson, Arizona to my hometown of Little Rock, Arkansas. I’m looking forward to reconnecting with friends and family and building my photography business. I’m booking outdoor and studio portrait sessions from January 22 through June 7th. Send me a message to schedule a session! If you'd also like to view my landscape and conceptual photography you can check out my work at www.mollyrayimages.com
